Even though he seems like he needs to be an on field guy I wouldn’t mind him taking Rumph current recruiting role should Rumph leave after this year and then getting an on field spot if one becomes available.

I'd be down but isn't there an NCAA rule or bylaw about hiring high school coaches. Like if we hire him off field, wouldn't we have to stop recruiting Hallandale temporarily. I'm down to get him on payroll like that Palmetto coach is for $EC.

He's aggressive as **** with his defense. He wants to man up and play alot of cover 1.

He's more of an energy guy, motivational. ..his players love him and he is a good s&c guy.
