he's no longer at CCHS, IIRC he's back at AquinasYou gotta think being a CCHS kid, this kid is getting UM pressure from all directions. Sounds like if they can get dad on board, it's going to happen.
pretty much. Even ignoring fanatical fandom and objectively looking at it: a complete fool to ignore that opportunity.Julian would be stupid to go to FSU over Miami with Cristobal/Mirabel. Absolutely stupid.
you were sayingWhy do people continue to bring him up?
A top ten class would be disappointing? That's one pathetic agenda.
Top 10 for 2023 is absolutely a reasonable expectation..For the 2023 class? Yes. Less than a top 10 class would be disappointing. With Marios recruiting abilities and TVDs potential, if UM ends up with the #15 class next year, that probably means we didn't have a great season. In Diaz's second class (after his first full season) , he almost cracked the top 10 (#11). UM didn't pay Mario Cristobal 9 million a year for Manny Diaz results in W/L record or recruiting. You believe that expecting Mario to outperform Diaz means I have a "pathetic agenda“? You sound like a FSU fan making up excuses for Mike Norvell.
30-lb crow is my favorite food. I hope his indecision is a good thing.you were saying
we've been incompetent for so long I think you may get a pass.30-lb crow is my favorite food. I hope his indecision is a good thing.
So the fact that his dad played at FSU doesn't play a role? How about Alabama who consistently puts lineman into the NFL?Julian would be stupid to go to FSU over Miami with Cristobal/Mirabel. Absolutely stupid.
What about Alabama? Nobody would fault him for going to Bama. Fsu is going downhill fast.So the fact that his dad played at FSU doesn't play a role? How about Alabama who consistently puts lineman into the NFL?
So what's the deal with this kid? Did Mario pull off from him at Oregon because they had no chance to get him out there or b/c of character or other concerns? The reports from the local guys today suggest Mario is in contact with him so the idea there's baggage or some character concerns doesn't seem so likely.Cristobal and Mirabal took Armella off their board when they were at Oregon, they’re not going after him, too much local baggage.
I expect 2023 to be top 5.For the 2023 class? Yes. Less than a top 10 class would be disappointing. It's ok to have recruiting expectations, lol.For the 2023 class? Yes. Less than a top 10 class would be disappointing. Top 10 is a must and given how loaded SFLA, no excuse not to get there. Top 5 is the goal. Let’s see how good Mario is, I think he is up for it.I expect 2023 to be top 5.
Exactly!!I for one think he's overrated, but we need OL and if anything, keeping him away from FSU and getting a kid from STA would be worth it

armella doesn't go to columbus high.I'm going to bet Mario going to milk and bleed that Columbus High connection to death until Armella signs with UM.
