Josh Jobe will attend Paradise Camp

View as article
Columbus coaches had been setting up Josh to go to Cheshire Academy for over a year. It was the plan all along.

I can almost assure you that Miami will be up there more than any other school. Banda was up at Cheshire in the spring meeting with the coaches, academic advisors, administrators of the school. Everybody is on the same page there. Miami actually thinks that Prep school will be a positive for Josh, as I've said before.

Forgive me if you mentioned this before but why do you think the staff thinks the prep school will be a positive for Miami?
Probably so he can mature a little more

Probably you don't really know...you're just posting. He asked Pete, who probably does know.

Probably you need to hop off my case and quit being a follower. This is a ******* message board now go continue posting screen shots of gator message boards they are going ape sh*t of William Barnes visiting
You really don't know when to say when.

Their mods haven't haven't confirmed that Barnes will be at Paradise yet... We're on it and anxiously awaiting the results.

It's an academy, him maturing by going there is definitely implied... doesn't take Einstein to come up with that
I think you just make shît up sometimes and post it for the sake of posting.

Don't you have some homework you could be doing?

You know why he's going there right? You think because it has the name academy in it that it automatically means he's going to or needs to mature? You don't think Columbus offers the same thing in a quality private education.

Gives him a chance to focus strictly on football and academics. Josh told me that Cheshire's schedule is essentially like a college program's. Early morning weight room, tutoring, class, football -- Miami coaches like that he's going to be in such a structured environment.

Cheshire is a good place for him, run a good program and has a good reputation.

Cheshire offers a good quality education and has a good reputation, live in the area, know the school and students who have succeeded. BTW, I am in my 70's and I need to mature.

Him needing time to mature wasn't in Pete's response above, Einstein. A chance to focus more on academics was the primary answer.

Exactly. Cheshire isn't a joke like Bridgton Academy. Cheshire is actually a pretty good school.

From the work in early June....

*As you would imagine, Miami continues to do everything in their power to fight off any of Josh Jobe's potential suitors -- including Alabama and Florida. Although most have assumed that Jobe heading to prep school will make it tougher for the Canes to hold on to his commitment, Miami coaches actually believe the structured environment and schedule of Cheshire Academy will help his development on-and-off the field. UM safeties coach Ephraim Banda went up to the school in Connecticut earlier in the spring and met with coaches and academic advisors within the school in to help prepare for Jobe's arrival

You can defintiely imply he can mature more physically and mentally off of those statements. As we all can really. Cheshire academy is nothing but a postive for jobe

Wow, you're really bothered by this.
He can mature at Cheshire just the same as he can at Columbus. The primary focus is academics and focusing him on that.

I agree with this statement. I think that Broke is obsessed with his post count numbers. I think that it REALLY bothers him that others have posted on this site more than him and he is trying to make up ground quickly. He probably thinks that once he hits 20K post barrier people will see him as a legit poster with some actual knowledge of what he is talking about.

So going to a structured environment in advance of UM to a program that trains kind of like a college program already won't help him? Come on now...

It'll help him with academics plus get him used to being away from home.

The mysterious "I don't post often, but I know all kinds of stuff" fake schtick is still winless. LOL at Michigan paying Jobe's tuition at Cheshire.

You dummies need to work your fake game better. Don't give too much. Had you stopped short of claiming Michigan paid the tuition you might have snagged a few more fish.
