Personally, I find that last sentence laughable…Why would an nfl oc come to Miami? nfl oc’s are constantly on the verge of being a hc with the way the nfl hires and are always in high demand. Coming to Miami without the ability to hire your own staff, to run an offense with one arm tied behind your back, would be idiotic

You're correct. Why would an NFL OC come to Miami? From what I understand, they're not exactly talking about NFL OCs. They're talking about the guys under them. The QBC/WRC/RBC/QC type NFL guys. The ones that are looking to move up and bolster their resume.

That’s the assumption I think most realistic fans have… but last season was different considering he arrived in DEC had an empty class and had to hit the ground HARD for recruiting.

His class is basically full right now, far more stable and less hectic. Chances are he’s currently finding replacement as we speak.
