FWIW, Flo said last night on his show he expects coaching moves to “start” this week. He’s been off on timelines in the past (he is the first to admit that) but he seemed to know something. We shall see.

There is no logical explanation for why he is still here if Mario is going to fire him. I have zero insight nor do I have any reason to not believe the insiders that say he is gone. I'm just saying it doesn't make any sense why it hasn't happened yet. Can't see any logical explanation for it.
Only logical explanation is this - Mario has an OC lined up whose still coaching in big bowl game / CFP who would not come/announce early so it wont get announced till after bowl game is done. In terms of Gattis, they agreed for him to stay on staff while he is trying to get another job so both sides save face from a public firing and potentially offset buyout (we supposedly owe him another $1.7M for next year).

May be unlikely. May be low odds. But it is logical

Certain timelines he’s been off especially with recruiting (infamous second wave) but let’s be honest - many were off on that.

As for flo, iirc, he called Gattis before everyone else did but kept it close to the vest. He only disclosed it later. So, he must have some pretty good pulse on the program.

The same exact offense has Michigan in the playoffs back to back years…I’m sure that is weighing on Mario
Then he should go hire the person that knows how to run it.

Gattis will be gone but I honestly have little faith that Mario will make the right hire. He will have to earn my trust again when it comes to hiring staff.

that’s hopium and terrible logic IMO.

Similar offense ... but major difference is that Gattis didn't game plan for it WHILE he was at Michigan (Harbaugh had to promote a TE coach to Co OC with responsibility for game planning). Gattis isn't a good OC ... not a decent OC. Doesn't matter WHAT the scheme is .... he doesn't have the feel for the game to get it right. Would be a horrible waste of uber talented recruits to keep that guy on staff. WILL impact WR recruiting and will impact ticket sales.

...maybe his replacement is currently playing in the CFP... like last time it took him a long time to hire the OC...
Yeah but I'm not sure that would be a reason for him still being here. The only difference is that spot is vacant until that person is hired.
It's a net negative to keep him on IMO to keep him on if you are making a change regardless.
A vacant spot might have helped WR recruiting more than hin still on staff. JMO

I didn’t say she was the hottest thing ever.

ATT is clearly trying to make her look more unattractive in their commercials.

I’m a fan of natural *****
Who is it - what’s her name?
