Even after the A&M you had people defending him. It was a heated discussion in here until MTSU, thats when it all went one sided against Gattis

Dude should be fired Friday afternoon. Not only does his offense suck, he can’t recruit. No way Mario keeps this bum. He didn’t recruit a **** thing all year. Two WR we got would’ve come no matter what.
Gattis is one of the biggest losers to coach at Miami. If he ain’t fired by Monday then we got some problems

The Souther Miss is an interesting one cause correct me if I'm wrong but it was mostly pro gattis and lets wait for this magic bag that he's about to unleash during the A&M game

Gattis was saving his playbook, Enos was saving his playbook, Richt was saving his playbook... all I know is, when the bomb hits, I want to be in this magical vault where all of our failed OCs are hiding their playbooks, because that thing is impenetrable.
Stupid to not have this taken care of by now. Nobody can defend this. Yes, Mario pulled off amazing recruiting class. Credit where its due. That being said, if our offense is still *** next year, its on him and nobody else. We missed out on some big time WRs because of Marios incompetence handling this situation in a timely manner.

What if the guy he wants isn’t a aivake currently? What does firing gattis accomplish?
You think a top WR commits to a team with no OC? We weren’t getting a top WR either way this cycle it’s been doomed. Hire a new OC after bowls etc.. and hit the portal. This is the only path it seems Miami has.
If gattis isn’t fired…. Then I just wouldn’t even know what to say .

I guess wel revisit this after an OC is hired. There were plenty of attractive candidates that we could have hired already. Even if there wasnt, its better to commit to a team with no OC then to a OC that performed as bad as he did this year. At least you can sell change.
