i keep telling you he is not getting fired yet people keep claiming he is. you dont fire a coach after national early singing day unless you actually have a reason to. the reasons existed prior, he is not gone so dont plan on him being gone.

the staff believes they did not have their personnel and they are not going to tailor their system for players they did not recruit. they are going to bring their own players in and then judge the result. this is the reality.

TVD slept walked through the offseason. he had no relationship with any of his weapons other than mallory and restrepo. that is on him. oh and he was also mad about his NIL deal. you now see a new NIL deal from Ruiz. guess why he stayed? the new NIL deal. 6 games is a flash in the pan. i hope he can turn it around. the TVD we saw last season, without injuries, was atrocious.

Miami finished 113th in scoring offense.

By contrast, Mark D’Onofrio (widely considered the worst coordinator in modern UM history) never had a defense finish below 84th.

Gattis would have to improve dramatically to get to D’Onofrio’s lowest point.

So, we are just going to ignore the TVD news from yesterday, huh?

I’m repeating a post I wrote on another thread, but when a pilot cannot see clearly, the pilot relies on his instruments. TVD returning is a leading indicator that Gattis is gone. I said a few days ago on this thread that we should all watch what TVD does. It will be telling.

Keep following the instruments and it will lead us out of harms way. Tidbits and information like TVD returning will tell us where we are headed, even when things are cloudy and dark.

He gone…question is when.
