We know Mario can produce and develop ol. Was never gonna worry about that. He’s basically their coach. The skill talent from the preseason summer all said the same **** publicly. We want to see how the offense performs esp the local kids. We don’t have a local tight end committed but went after multiple local and in state kids who watch us more closely

Fair but I’d take a guy who gets you there or in contention every time and has been there multiple times since he took over at ou (which btw didn’t have playoff wins under stoops either) vs a guy who’s building process is 7 years from now maybe you have Riley’s first year at usc

No more season renewals, money or investment of time in the program until/unless serious on field progress is shown or there is a coaching change. Never said I wouldn't take him we haven’t been relevant in 20 years. But you can always count on Riley to squander talent in a big game. That offense has had a ceiling for the last 10 years. I'll be closely watching TCU to see if they can be the first to win an actual game that matters. When you think Heisman and 1st overall pick typically they have a championship. Not the case with Lincoln is my point.

If Gattis stays, I will still watch the games, but that's it. No other support. Said it multiple times - if Mario is willing to go down an Al Golden path, he is probably headed toward Al Golden results. At least Albert had a tiny excuse - Donuts was his BFF, his former teammate and the best man at his wedding.

However... and this is where people will get ****ed at me - if you look objectively at his career on paper prior to this year (for which, there are a million excuses) he has the pedigree to run a solid O. I'm the eternal optimist. I don't want Mario to fail. I don't even want Gatiss to fail if he's our OC.

I just really hope Mario knows what he's doing, because this is borderline abusing his good will, and community favor+ decade-long contract. I'll be watching and hoping for the best, but I think it's obvious that my number 1 choice, would have us in a better position - Kiffin. I hate it when I'm right about things that don't help me/us.

It used to be that talent always funnels to 1-2 teams at best. It’s why other teams get out talented. It’s changing more and more now w it being spread out. Ou still never got the same talent that Bama and uga got. **** uga never won a real big game after the second year under smart until he got an nfl d and still lost to Bama in the reg season

Also, I’d expect that pac title game to go a little diff if Caleb wasn’t on one leg. I’d say the same for Bama last year if every wr didn’t drop dead before the title game

Gattis has already failed. I never wanted his offense but I at least expected him to be able to recruit. Who exactly did he land because Joseph was all Mario and I've never seen the Washington twins mention Gattis.
