Johnnie Dixon to Ohio Taint

This site sometimes. You have a bunch of people with equally low post counts calling DwyerCane a troll, and a bunch of people vaguely referencing "people in the know." Meanwhile the guy offering up information puts together a story with enough detail that either he is excellent at the craft of trolling, or just telling what he has heard.

Either way, and whether we get Dixon or not, if he is trolling it is the dumbest troll job of all time. Imagine one of us on an OSU board undercover doing the same thing. Then the U gets Dixon, and you start a thread saying, "I was undercover on the OSU board and told them...wait for it...that THEY were getting Dixon. And then we got him!" Cool story, bro.

A much better troll job is someone calling a guy just passing what he heard a troll and then watching people lose their **** over one wideout, a position that grows on trees, at a school that already landed the best player at the position in 5 years in the previous recruiting class (IMHO).

I for one will go to bed happy and naive thinking we will land him tomorrow. I probably won't remember to check because I will have gotten distracted earning a living, and then won't be that upset if I find out we don't get him.

where the **** do you see our depth at WR that you keep posting this ****?? Coley and….? he's the only one thats a proven game changer at WR. Waters maybe and who else..???? we need a lot more help at WR. Coley gets hurt and we're hurting just like when we lost Duke.

He just started posting recently because of Dixon's recruitment heating up. It's not like he is a long time member sticking his neck on the line. Franchise pegged him immediately. Troll!

That's simply because Dwyer is where my contribution lies and I didn't know most of the team that well a few months ago before the season. If I had joined a year ago I would have had no posts... Dixon and Dwyer football is what I can contribute to now so I joined and tried to provide information.

Exactly. The idea that WTDwyer is trolling seems pretty ridiculous. Trolling over what? That he saw Dixon at school, or that he feels he's coming here from talking to some of his teammates? I mean its not like Dixon is the biggest recruit in the country, or that this class will collapse without him. Its not like the guy is saying he knows fora fact Dixon is a silent or anything else. Guy has just given his opinion based on the fact he knows the Dwyer program and has shared some insight.

****, if you were going to come troll this board with B.S., you would do it about Cook. Why create a whole fake persona implying you are close to the Dwyer program, just to give an opinion that you think Dixon's going to Miami? I mean that would be about as lame as it gets.

I never expected dixon to stay in state initially, previously there was a story in August of him leaving the state for bama or osu and the two programs chances would increase if they won the national championship, leaving home for osu is not a problem for dixon like some may think but if this theory is right I want to change my prediction from OSU to UM. Even though I want to change my prediction a source I know who plays on the osu team who was around dixon on his visit said they were confident as ever up to when he delayed his decision. He said he is ALL buckeye though. Also one thing to note is he formed a good relationship with B. Miller. I still have hopes though.

Just texted Johnnie and he gave a me an "update". A few articles are circling the web this weekend are saying he is ready to announce his commitment. Johnnie told me that he is not sure when he will announce.

Also, he is still considering Ohio State, Miami, and Alabama.

LMAO, this thread is awesome. Some HS kid who goes to Dwyer comes in here because one of the guys in his school is being recruited by us, and gives his feeling that he thinks Dixon is coming here, and the guy gets trashed as a troll.

People should know better. IMO, WDwyer does not have most of the "Troll" characteristics. He's not coming in here claiming he's Dixon's boy, or that he's been "advising" Dixon on where he should go, or that he cuts Dixon's hair, or that he knows his Mama and that she said X, Y, Z. Guy just goes to school there and said that based on what some of his teammates have said, he thinks its UM. Big freaking deal.

Bottom line is as others have said, WRs are a dime a dozen in SoFla. If we dont get Dixon, Im sure we will load up next year and take like 3 or 4. Hopefully Griffin will qualify, and if not, maybe the Cali kid will get brought in.
