One name that isn't getting enough attention is Fort Myers OT Joel Ervin. The 6'6, 280-pound three star has a bunch of SEC offers and a visit set up to Miami on June 6th.

If Mirabal really wants him in the class, they can still work on the flip, but there are a lot of under the radar OL this cycle. Only so much time/resources that you can expend.

D$ answered the question in March 13, 2025 Bank bank. They're going to try to flip him.

Miami is aggressively pursuing offensive linemen in this class, which they believe is the best in years. This includes high-profile uncommitted targets (Jackson Cantwell, Keenyi Pepe) and flips. Two potential targets for a flip: four-star Mississippi State commit Emanuel Tucker (New Albany, MS) and Louisville commit Joel Ervin (Fort Myers). Miami is very high on the upside of both.

Kid measured in at 6-foot-6.5, 337-pounds, 88 inch wingspan and 11.5 inch hands on his FSU visit.

📈📈
I’m curious what his 40 is to show the athleticism he has

For comparison, the top 2 OT that will get drafted in the top 10 of the NFL draft this year

Will Campbell 6' 6" and 319 pounds, ran a 4.98 40-yard dash

Armand Membou ran a 4.91 40 after measuring in at 6' 4" and 332 pounds

Former Miami OL greats

Bryant McKinnie measured 6’8 352 pounds, and ran a 5.13 40 yard dash

Eric Winston measured 6’6 1/2 310 pounds, and ran a 4.94 40 yard dash
