When was the last time an OV was kept completely secret for a #1 type recruit? I'm legitimately asking as I don't know. Isn't the secrecy part only required up to the visit so a scumbag dictator like Saban couldn't try to squash it from happening prior?

Serious question: Why does it matter? Saban already knew he was coming here. He tried like **** to make it not happen. Who else would they be trying to hide the visit from?

I believe that this is probably a big possibility. Brad comes from the mahoney school, remember the lineman paid to have the other lineman get to the gables from cali. I believe the writing is starting to show on the wall. btw, did you see our defense this year??? and most of that studs return!!!

There's was absolutely no way this was going to be kept secret. There will be a bunch of other guys on campus and normal folks will see them out and about doing OV stuff and taking pics.

It only needs to be kept quiet until he's on campus, though, right? After that it's obvious it will get out with so many other recruits and families on campus.
 
In today's world, there is no such thing as a secret. They could've transported him CIA style and all it takes is one student, one person seeing him. Social media is ruining this generation. But that's another rant....
