This is confusing. But Steeds dad did say earlier on here that Jeudy was with a "kid" that he brought with him and that the staff entertained the kid. He didn't mention any other family members. That would corroborate Tweeds version. And we really have no reason to doubt Tweed, he has been correct on everything.

Weldon could have just mistaken another commits mom for Jeudys mom, or just been confused.
