Would anyone smarter than I be willing to take this fantasy a step further and provide some insight into how he'd potentially be used next year based on what we saw over this past year from Richt?

Hard to see him beginning season as anything less than WR3 (behind Richards & Cager)...might see a lot of 4-WR sets w/ those 3 + Berrios, Harris, and/or Mullins...

Thats a given cager brice if he was here mullins berry take a back seat easily. Im with pete on this one this kid is dalvin cook and amari cooper type....super elite and will ball whereever he goes. If we pull him which i doubt changes the landscape in sfla alone. This will bother bama not only this year next year and years to follow...assuming JJ balls which he will

You think because fans didn't care that would mean the coaches would give burn to jeudy over cager? Just an fyi for yall that don't seem to understand this. The staff REALLY really likes cager. He's gonna get tons of burn. Far as if both were on the team next year in a 2 wr set to start the year AR & cater would get that if not AR & berrios. By the end of the season that would in all likelihood change to jj & ar together but it's not a given. Multiple reciever sets would have him on the field from the start. In my opinion before I start getting all the ignorance thrown at me the best line up would be a 3 wr set of AR,jj & Mullins for a 4 throw in cater and no one stops us. I know everyone is real happy at this sec but remember we do still have other wr targets we feel real good about as well.

I don't get the cager hate as well. Great size, nice speed and showed the maturity and ability to play as a true freshman. He should start opposite Richards but not because of lack of options. The big ?? For me is Mullins.

The staff was complaining about Cager's body control before he got hurt. He's big but plays like a smaller guy and hasn't figured out how to use his frame. Cager is a huge question mark. Juedy would come in right away and play. He's an elite all around football player.

This is dumb. WR is one of the easiest transition to levels. No one was keeping AR off the field and no one is keeping JJ off the field. If they just switch for different packages but not as a depth chart situation.
