Bradenton IMG Academy Top247 running back Jerrick Gibson enjoyed his time down in Miami and watching the team get after it on Greentree. Gibson liked how Tim Harris Jr. put the running backs through drills. He’s also noticed how his former teammates are doing well and that he’s heard the transition from IMG to Miami is smooth. Gibson also sees how Francis Mauigoa is running with the first-team offense and that showed him that he can get on the field early too, though that’s not a top priority for him. Georgia, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama are four schools he feels good about giving official visits too right now.

If you prioritize a kid, you have to recruit him until he signs. That’s the difference between an elite recruiter and an ok one.

These guys always seem to have multiple kids for the same position being recruited hard, so I don’t think a miss on Gibson would mean the position is hurt.
