Jermaine Kinsler mention

Originally from Florida before relocating to New Jersey, Kinsler is hearing plenty from programs in the Sunshine State like Florida, Florida State and Miami. He recently checked out the programs in the state during his spring break and he feels familiar at each spot.
Kinsler has some tenders as a lengthy tight end, but most expect him to work on defense at the collegiate level – much like we saw on Sunday.

I can't imagine purposely relocating from Florida to New Jersey. I wonder if his parents are in some kind of witness protection program.
You buy a home, put your kids through school, sell your house for 2.5 times what you paid for it then move to Florida or South Carolina. It's not as dumb as it seems. Northern NJ is filled with people who have been priced out of NYC and think 700k for a fixer-upper just outside of the city is a steal.

Yeah, but you have to live in New Jersey. I don't see why someone would want to do such a thing without being forced to.

Lol Northern NJ is Broward and Dade County without the beaches and 4 seasons. Multi-million dollar homes, malls, Crusie ships, traffic, Cubans, and NYC. I've got a home in Bergen County and Condo in Hollywood Beach.

My in laws lived in Ridgewood, NJ for a long time(Bronx/Yonkers originally). House paid off and took it from a 1 story small starter to a nice 2 story family home. Nothing crazy. Was paid off for 10-12 years and my FIL was paying 12,000-13,000 a year in taxes. One day he was just like "WTF am I doing...I have a mortgage with no mortgage. Sold a house that probably cost 350K with the additions over the years for 800k in 2013, the family that moved in just sold it for 1.5 million. Its probably 2400 sq feet with a small yard.

But the education systems in most of those public schools and the North Jersey Parochial are some of the best in the country. They have alumni networks that would rival a lot of colleges. This kid will get a good education and basically be operating in a college type setting with their year round program.

Again, they have to live in new jersey. What good is a great education when you are living in NJ? That is like being blessed with a John Holmes like unit and being a priest.

I'm just messing around. I know there are certain parts that are really nice.
