He can sign all day but if he does not deliver it to the college it has no meaning.Don't know the answer but maybe someone does: Is NLI binding upon signature or receipt by the college?
I believe it.. First off "I want to be' doesn't mean "I'm signing the papers." And second, wouldn't be the first time a kid said he was coming then signed somewhere else the next day.. or even the next few minutes..Ivins just said live that he was told last night that Smith told Miamis staff that he wants to be a Cane
So two things can be true. He signed the papers, but he never sent them in, so nothing is binding and we can still talk to him.He can sign all day but if he does not deliver it to the college it has no meaning.
Alright hardo
Jackson signed one and then cried until he was released so he could chase his girlfriend over at ECU. Miami could have forced him to burn his 1 time transfer. But even that rule doesn't seem to carry any weight anymore.Ye sort of
If he really wanted to be a Cane, there should be Nothing...and i mean NOTHING, stopping that from happening. If GT had hope. So do we
