People, even very young ones, are logical creatures. With the ease of transferring now it has to be in some recruits' minds that if things don't work out, they can bail at anytime. Does that affect their decisions? Who knows, but it's a different world now.

And if the whole NCAA cant stop guys from transferring a second time is legit, it definitely will.
