Got a high school coach in south Florida from a prominent high school cheering on O$U. You don’t see **** like this in Tuscaloosa, Georgia and places like that. Everyone got their hand out in south Florida and are ready to ride the coattails of these kids. Its sad and pathetic man.

Some of these people just want validation and to be liked which is sad as grown adults. The goal is for kids to go to college. And the best place for them. Not every kid is meant for Miami. That’s okay. But the blatant anti Miami push is ridiculous

My understanding is that at the root of it all is that the guy who funds SFE is a Taint alumn?
 
Lot of back and forth going on about Smith retweeting another OSU commit tweet.

IDC what anyone says- it’s ****** behavior and disrespect to Mario to do that while on an OV. If you want to support their commits wait until you’re on your own time.

This is usually when the group heads to Smith &Wollensky for lunch. He must be doing it while on that trip.

I get recruiting him to the end , even if it’s just for show, but he’s not worth poisoning the other guys there

Yup…. I agree but didn’t Mario cut a visit short with I believe that Guard Lanker? That went to Loserville for that same reason…

If our kids did that on trips to UF we would know 1000% they are a lock. This kid is a possible lock to OSU. I get shooting your shot and you have to do it. It's risky but you have a job to do and recruiting him is the right thing to do as a professional.
 
If Mario thinks its worth recruiting him. Its his perogative. He has enogh resources and experience to know if its not worth it. None of us know what JJ is saying to the staff. We can have our feelings on optics but at the end of the day the feedback he is giving them is what matters. For all we know he could be like listen, u show life on the field am in.

We just dont know. Its clear he enjoys the attention and trolling fans. The tweet was nothing. It was an emoji. Much a do about nothing imo

And btw am not defending him. I have my personal feelings on this too, which is i would have moved on long ago. But thats why Mario makes 8 mill per and am at home sitting on the couch

Because Miami is a metropolis and an international city. Plenty of people that live in the area that have no ties to UM. I spent 17 years living in Chicago and I hate ND and love Miami as an example.
