Great post, usually agree with most of what you say. The thing that’s never talked about enough when it comes to separation among elites is efficiency.

When it comes to elite teams yearly (talking top 5-8) the difference really is efficiency from the 20 in. Doesn’t matter if your defense gives up 500 yards, if they hold the opponent to 3 points 2/3 times in the RZ that’s usually the difference.
