His route running needs some work but he has some great tools, has to improve his hands but I love his size (pause) and how he high points the ball and fights for yards after the catch.

Doesn’t have enough speed. Doesn’t run good enough routes to get open against better CBs. Can catch jump balls better than a kid at FSU. If he worked on his route tree, he would be a good nfl big body WR. JJ on the other hand has the speed, still wins the jump balls, has the best hands of any mentioned, and is only in HS.
Lol he ran ALL the routes last year well. We just didn’t see enough targets to him or routes to get him open. We threw him like 4 deep balls all year and like 1 slant. He should be doing slants and comebacks and outs all day. Easy routes to run, but TVDs back was towards him on EVERY play! It’s crazy. Dudes are playing 12 yards off him and we don’t throw him easy slants! We threw him more screens than any other route 🤣. Fckin terrible! Let the man use his 6’5 frame 🤦🏾‍♂️

He takes two steps to get going that’s why. Bad trait to have. He’s good for what he is and they got the most out of him.
No they didn’t lol
He had 5 targets in the red zone ALL SEASON!! FIVE!! THE NINJAH IS 6’5!!
You’re drunk if you say we got “the most” out of him when he had 5 TDs last year and didn’t even play until like GAME 6!! And came into this season as WR1. Criminally underutilized!

Yeah, I was going to put Young in another response. Honestly, if I’m a NFL Scout, he’s #1 on my radar in our WR room. He’s offers a lot of natural tools + skills (pause)
Young SHOULD come back his routes need a lot of work. 1 more year with beard he can be a top 4 round pick depending on development and production

Colbie should always get 1 fade a drive whenever we are in the red zone tbh it’s such a miss match

JJ is on a different stratosphere. lol; but, I wouldn’t call Young slow at all. For his size, he looks to be a 4.53-4.55 guy. Not a blazer, sure, but seems to be pretty good in exploding out of breaks, particularly on WR screens. (Pause)
Youn might be the slowest big wr I watched all year. Takes 6 steps to get to full speed and lacks any lateral agility. Very stiff and plodding. Watch teams like Washington Oregon and Lsu who all have big wrs who are sudden and explosive. Why we call screens for young knowing he can't excelerate is beyond me. By the time he takes 3 steps the entire D has collapsed on him. He should be getting fade balls to use his size with the occasional slant but that's about it for the route tree with a guy that isn't sudden with his length.

You're right. But yet he still manages to be productive with limited targets and poor usage by Dawson.

I’m not sure when he did it, but I just noticed Jeremiah switched his tweets to “protected” which I found interesting. What better way to protect yourself from the hatred and backlash of Suckeye fans after he flips to The U?

Also shows how crazy every single fanbase in America is. He very well could’ve done because the mouth breathers of this fanbase would’ve done some #JeremiahtotheU nonsense.

This is what I was thinking. Might not want to get bombarded with UM fans urging him to flip next. And then OSU fans begging him not to. LOL.

Yea I don’t think people ever stop and think about how crazy it would be to have all these people tweeting at you, including LeBron James, when you’re just a 17-18 year old kid. When I played sports about the best you could hope for was a tiny write-up in the local newspaper 😂.

I hate Ohio St more than anyone

The idea they can back in is ridiculous
**** them too, lol. Was out with some people this week, one being an OSU fan, he really didn't want to talk about this weekend or the scenarios around how they can sneak back in...

We've been repeatedly bringing it up since...😈
