You’d think after the knockout blow of Blount they would chill tf out a little bit but I guess an overtime gift of a win against Clemson will do that for ya
You would think being wrong over and over they would stop believing the guy but no. Kind of the Gators and ol' Chick Fil A guy.

I get it that after losing to Jackson St and getting abused on the trail they are feeling themselves a bit

Heck we are no strangers to that

But sheeeeeeeshhhhh

Geo and Andrew saying on space that FSU leads for Jeremiah Smith.

Now I am not plugged in insider, but man I find that hard to believe

Way I see it, FSU had a good offense last year when Smith committed to OSU. They have a good offense this year. Fundamentally nothing much has changed so if he wasn't interested then, not much reason to be interested now.

On the flip side, UM went from having a vomit-inducing offense that chased recruits away to having one of the top offenses in the country. So UM has done a 180 and things are fundamentally different. So a recruit who might have initially had interest but didn't like what he saw, might now be willing to take another look.

I think the fact Chance is still taking trips causes fan anxiety around Smith as well. But if the Noles are paying for trips then the dynamic shifts so hard to say there’s any risk there. Which is why I’m trusting our truth tellers over 247 et al because they’re closer to the “room where it happens”.

Everyone including FSU fans have the LSU game stuck in their head, 3 games later.

Their offense is average. I know we played a FCS team and they played 4 FBS teams. But BC and Southern Miss are terrrible teams. They couldnt move the ball consistently against BC and even need bunch of 4th downs v Southern Miss. Travis was pretty average v Southern Miss throwing the ball as well.

BC outgained them by over 100 yards, if not for 18 penalties they lose by 10. BC who next week had 56 put on them by Louisville with 10 mins left in the 3rd qtr

They are ranked 11th in the ACC rushing the ball and 7th in total offense, worse than Clemson.

The offense is Travis and has been average.

I think our fans are still a little guilty of getting fixated on one group of recruits

What Mario has proven is the dude has a recruiting roladex bigger than any of us can imagine

Even if Chance bolted and we missed Smith, for now I’ve got complete faith that we will get it figured out especially with the offense clicking like this. We’ve gotten our *** kicked at WR in the portal but that will no longer be the case

They're hanging their hat on Coleman and Wilson. Every time one of them pops off, they talk about how explosive they are. Too bad the rest of the WR especially the ones they recruited and developed are trash.

On this side, we seem to have developed X, George and Young nicely.

Could make a case for any of the receivers I suppose but I think George is one that comes to mind the most for me

Reason might be personal but I remember him as a freshman and I was really impressed with how he seemed to get open pretty effortlessly despite not necessarily being the fastest or biggest. He just had that “openability” but it didn’t come together. Granted some of it was personal, sometimes we don’t give credit to coaches for that. They don’t just push someone in the playbook, they push them in life and on the field and George has been a revelation this year.

My favorite thing this season so far tbh.

Him catching the game icing TD vs A&M was well deserved. No looking back. He has arrived.

Best WR to ever suit up here and I’ll take it to the grave! Some people will say Irvin, Santana or Reggie which all can make a case but I’m still going Dre!
Look Man....I knew and Love Dre to Death...Exceptional WR and person....but better than Irvin, Santana or Wayne??...Even Eddie Brown in regards to his tenure at UM?? Mannnnn I simply cannot agree. What say you @Brooklyndee ...

If you think their offense has been bad, you should look at their defensive numbers. Awful.

We want those shiny chess pieces though so they can represent the U in the league. But you are right Mario always got a real plan when it comes to roster building. Not that fake sh we seen in past.
