I think he's going to be elite and that's not even a sure thing. But he's as close to it.

Are Blount and Toney really program changers though? Sure they’re amazing recruits. But when was the last time we signed someone ranked as high as Smith it’s been over 20 years and it’s at a position we’ve seemed to miss guys on more often than not.

Blount is currently ranked near the top of his class too but I don’t think he’s very polished as a player yet. He has VERY HIGH upside to be a superstar though.

Best WR to ever suit up here and I’ll take it to the grave! Some people will say Irvin, Santana or Reggie which all can make a case but I’m still going Dre!

No....Irvin is unquestionably the best WR UM ever had....Go look what he did in HUGE games vs Elite teams for 4yrs....not 2....watch what he did vs OU as a Frosh vs an Elite secondary. Santana & Reggie were also better.
