Before Richt screwed him up: 3,238 yards, 16 TDs
After Richt screwed him up: 3,532 yards, 27 TDs
CIS gonna CIS.
U zombies make this too easy. Predictability is so common w/ brain washed Richt fandom.
Do u know why Brad Kaaya dropped in the draft? It was never a ? about if he can slang the rock (although I’m going to touch upon ur misguided stats in a sec). It was about how “stiff” he was, which Richt’s 8 game scheme caused such concerns.
In 2014 and 2015: Miami ranked 31st & 33rd, respectively in sacks allowed per game. In 2016, Miami plummeted to 51st in the nation in allowing sacks per game! That includes being ranked 91st in allowing sacks p/g, at one point, through our first 8 games! THAT'S what dropped him.
As a matter of fact, the narrative after the WVU game was Brad got hot over his last four games, but will that be enough to re-establish himself as a top tier QB if he came out.
Now, let’s talk about 2015 v. 2016. U dolts don’t even do research b4 u post, do you. You look at black and white stats w/o doing research. That's OK; fortunately, I do this. First off, Brad didn’t play in two games in 2015! Well, let me take that back; he played 8 snaps against Clemson before getting injured for the remainder of the game, and then didn’t play against Duke in 2015. So Brad played in two less games, yet between 2015 & 2016, there was a difference of, what, 300 yrds between the two seasons? Lol.
Let’s do an apples to apples comparison of what Kaaya did in 2016 against the same opponents he had in 2015:
2016 FAU: 17-31 191 yrds 0 TD 2 ints 93.7 QBR (long of 46)
2015 FAU: 21-32 287 1 TD 0 int 151.3 QBR (long of 52)
________________________________________________________________________________
2016 FSU: 19-32 214 yrds 2 TDs 1 int 129.9 QBR (long of 38)
2015 FSU: 29-49 405 yrds (career high) 3 TDs 0 int 148.8 QBR (long of 58)
_________________________________________________________________________________
2016 UNC: 16-31 224 yrds 0 TD 0 int 112.3 QBR (long of 33)
2015 UNC: 24-43 326 yrds 1 TD 1 int 122.5 QBR (long of 34)
_________________________________________________________________________________
2016 GT: 13-19 241 yrds 1 TD 0 int 192.3 QBR (long of 48)
2015 GT: 16-25 300 yrds 1 TD 0 int 178.0 QBR (long of 46)
_________________________________________________________________________________
2016 VT: 23-38 323 yrds 2 TD 1 int 122.6 QBR (long of 48)
2015 VT: 19-30 296 yrds 2 TD 0 int 148.8 QBR (long of 45)
_________________________________________________________________________________
2016 UVA: 14-29 228 yrds 2 TDs 1 int 130.2 QBR (long of 77)
2015: UVA: 20-26 286 yrds 2 TDs 1 int 187.0 QBR (long of 67)
_________________________________________________________________________________
2016: Pitt: 32-47 356 yrds 4 TDs 0 int 159.8 QBR (long of 41)
2015: Pitt: 21-35 261 yrds 1 TD 0 int 132.1 QBR (long of 48)
So apples to apples based upon mutual opponents (7 opponents):
Kaaya 2016: 134-227 58.7% (avg/game) 1,536 yrds (219.4 yrds/game) 11 TDs 5 ints QBR 137.43 (w an avg. long/game 47)
Kaaya 2015: 150-240 63.5 % (avg/game) 2,156 yrds (308 yrds/game) 11 TDs 2 ints QBR 155.41 (w an avg. long/game 50)
-In 2015, Kaaya completed under 55% of passes a total of ZERO times. In 2016, he was under 55% completion 3x.
-In 2015: Kaaya passed under 250 yrds 2x ; in 2016, Kaaya passed under 250 yrds 5x
-Finally: Kaaya in seasons prior to Richt, threw for 0 TDs in a game a grand total of 2x. In 2016 alone, Kaaya had 3 such contest, including
one against a G5 opponent.
You dolts kill me. Ur no different than D’Onforio and Golden toting around back in 2013 how our D was 13th in total defense, yet when you peeled back the real numbers, based upon opponents, our D sucked and as the yrs went by, evidenced proves that.
