This is genuinely getting boring. Some of it is us just getting too excited before the actual announcement date but some of it is Williams taking this **** long to make a **** decision.

At this point the only thing I could see preventing an announcement is admittance into grad school.

If Williams really wants to come to UM, it's a very complicated process, and everyone is still probably trying to make it work without looking like we are recruiting him because that would likely blow the whole thing up with the IC rules.

UM is probably trying to figure out how to get him in without him having to pay and checking to make sure we never officially "recruited" him, which would gum up the works.
