Rome wasn't built in a day. My hope is he gets us squarely in the 6-10 class range in 2023. Then he steadily moves up as we prove we can be in the ACCCG every year and win some of those, as well as key non-conference games.

Agree. Especially with local recruits, the verbal commitments that seem to stick the most are the Spring and Summer camp recruits, mid-April to mid-August. Before is often a placeholder. After is trench warfare versus other top programs over elite kids who are pushing their commitment out to the last minute like the guys we're chasing now. And we almost always used to lose those battles.
