Zone says some crazy **** sometime but when he says our number one problem with the offense is the defense, hes right on.

Were asked to do too much, often off of the field for a whole quarter at a time, and generally in some sort of rut where we probably cant do exactly what we'd like.

That's true the last couple games but not the whole season. Earlier in the season the defense was getting off the field on third down (3rd down % was very good, in the 30s I think). The offense was still plagued by the same problems. Here's the deal with this offense...it's feast or famine. It's an 80 yard td pass or 3 and out. It's hot for a quarter than nothing for the next 2. It was the same way last year under Fisch. The one constant is Morris. He can make fantastic throws downfield but he's terribly inconsistent and he's not a guy that can move the chains. We have been crushed in time of possession all season because the defense can't get off the field AND the offense can't stay on it.

The only games the defense did a good job getting off the field on was FAU, USF, Savannah St. The UNC game was 50/50.

Stephen Morris has been hurt since the Savannah State game but has had the same ankle problems since the UNC game last year. Even when he makes the right plays you all blame every drop on him as well.

He's inconsistent, he doesnt have the "IT" factor but this defense has been more of a problem all season then Stephen Morris.
