Wake has a great eye for under-recruited Florida talent. He’ll probably be an All-ACC guy in few years, and everyone will be wondering why we didn’t recruit him.

I think it's dumb commitment by the kid considering Wake hasn't had a interior DT/NT drafted in 15 years. 2003 is the last time.
He committed to Wake bc to him..he was made a priority. Every offer that he had was commitable....we recruited him just like any other kid.
There are some handlers at play here who may have warped the kid into a very dumb decision.
I don't understand what it is you're asking me...Miami offered him and 2 of his teammates...You think I, he, everyone was lying...

Wake can’t recruit top DL talent, but their DL played like absolute dogs a couple years ago and at time prior to that. They had some insane number like 18 TFL against FSU a couple years ago.
exactly, imo that means there are just others in front of him for some of these schools. UM has thrown a lot of DT offers out for 1-2 (the 2 is only if they look elsewhere from Riggins) spots. There has to be a pecking order between Elijah Roberts (Presumably at top?), Westley Neal, Patrick Jenkins, Timothy Smith, Jerzshawn Newton, James Ash, Kendrick Bingley-Jones, Manny Rogers... And I tried to leave out the ones I consider pipe dreams (Roy), and did leave out the ones who haven't been offered (Pinder) . But yeah I just can't see if any of those call to commit, all the rest our dropped and DT is shut down. I think they have their preferences within the group of "offers"
