Like I've said many ****ing times on here dude was not going to be primarily a SDE here, his future would have been at 3tech DT or one of those Tweener roles like Bethel, though he isn't as good as Bethel.

He is not someone that we honestly should be upset at losing. He was purely going to be a depth player. If we would have gotten Coburn, I honestly wouldn't even really want Chatman. I'm not upset in the slightest he did not pick us - Or Briggs for that matter.

When someone isnt highly rated”its trust the staff” then when we miss its “he didn’t have big offers”. We whiffed Andrew. Call a spade a spade.

Ask DMoney what I have said about him.

His stats indicated he was the 3rd best DL on his own team, and he was the only one of the big three that didn't make first team all-state. All 4 DL from Rome signed for D1 schools (Georgia, Georgia Tech, FSU, Navy). Don't get me wrong, I wish we would have signed him, but there are probably a few dozen DL that are better than Chatman. If we go out of state for a player, I want us offering someone that at least offers from the instate school, which in this case Chatman did not.

OK that's fine and dandy...But in the mean time we replaced him with AIR. And we need bodies at this point. lose 7, replace with 4, and one of those 4 are a senior grad transfer.

and we still couldn't close, fsu started his recruitment a FEW weeks ago. Peters as well.

He isn't five star quality, but he had offers from those schools. Whether or not they would have kept him with their current class, I don't know know. He might have been their plan B guy. All that being said, Chatman wasn't a plan B at either school. I am not hating on the guy, I am just saying there are dozens of guys with his talent around the country.

None of this takes away for our miserable performance at recruiting the DL. If we were going to fail at a DL prospect from GA, it should have been Cox or Anderson, we got a ways to go.

this shouldn't be that difficult to understand. Chatman isn't a future starter. probably not even at FSU.
For this upcoming season we will be solid along the DL the only problem is we won't have great depth.
And for the 2019 recruiting class I expect us to sign about 6 or 7 (3 DT's, 4 DE's)

Williams had offers from nearly all of the sec(bama, LSU, uf, uga,) and also Ohio state too

You're not stating facts, you said, "I’m case you ain’t notice , those dudes don’t know **** either" and the FACT is that I knew he was going to Florida State. His mom always wanted him close to home, but never had an opportunity (offers) to do so until Willie came calling. Mind you, when Willie came calling, Miami wasn't interested in him. When Miami came back around his family was already preparing for him to be in Tallahassee. He always wanted to be a Hurricane, but the distance just proved to be to far after he & his family visited last weekend. He didn't lie & mislead anyone, his decision just wasn't to your liking.
