After the Martell to Miami news last night, some have wondered about the possibility of still adding Hurts on top of that. Unfortunately, that’s unlikely to happen, as a program source tells me the expectation is that he will pick OU when the time comes.

Not in meltdown cause we got Martell but its crucial Martell plays next year cause I think Kosi is ruined and JW who knows with him. Smart move by Hurts cant blame him, lets start our own NFL pipeline with qbs build that trust and start turning this **** around.

Even if he does sit , just the presence of a QB whom has taken ownership of talent and QB position and trains every day will show others how far off they've been in playing a major college level.
Hopefully it raises there all around game practicing, film room and ownership of what there here to do , so I'm going to be positive here in them responding in a team first way.

If not then leave early for the NFL then Publix bag boy way LMAO LMAO .

Time to raise our standards like we're doing NOW

GOCANES

This will be the true test of Riley's genius. Mayfield and Murray were built to run in his offense. Will be interested to see what he does with Hurts if he does end up transferring to Norman.

It seems Miami is all in on doing what they can to get Martell eligible to play next season. Between rumblings of his ability to graduate this Spring to rumblings of seeking a waiver to play immediately with the assistance of Miami, it seems both parties are approaching this with the expectation that he will be eligible to play. You think there would be back and forth between Martell and Jeff Thomas if there weren't indications that Martell would be eligible to play next season?

Well it won't be because he graduated he's only a redshirt freshman do you think he'd get a release or something

Stop looking at his football classification and take note of the fact that he was at Ohio Taint for 2 springs, 2 summers, and 2 falls (plus this spring if he stays enrolled at Ohio Taint). If if if he earned college credit as a HS student, he could conceivably be very close to graduation. Miami gave me 30 AP credits when I started school, thus I was a sophomore (by credits) on Day 1.

Bernie Kosar graduated from the UM School of Business, with a double major, in 3 years (back when summer coursework for athletes was very rare).

The Martell Cartel and Cane Cartel have united and they're coming after Oklahoma. Naw I'm good with Hurts no hard feelings Bruh good luck
