Jaiden Woodbey

With the kids we have in our backyard nobody should give 2 ***** about him. We have the deepest class of stud dbs next year that i can remember. No need to not get at least 5 studs

Don't be a moron, when talent knocks you don't quibble over where it's from.

I mean, a three star in Florida is a 4 star everywhere else but the northeast because they turn into 5 stars

Did I do it right?

Rick might have told him to troll Ohio Taint. I think he's ours. Next year at this time he'll be jumping fences to work out on Greentree, and you dyckfaces will be apologizing to me and eating your words.

When a kid from South FL says UM is his "dream school" I get nervous, when it is a kid from California, I am more confident

Would love to land a player or more from St John Bosco in Bellflower, CA. This school has emerged in recent years to produce talent to match other top SoCal high schools ,e.g. Serra of Gardena and Mater Dei of Santa Ana. Bosco won the state championship 3 years ago behind top QB Josh Rosen, now of UCLA.

Also, this school is a factory for massive OL and DL players, many of whom are Polynesian. That's a talent pool we haven't attracted since The Rock (half Samoan) signed 20+ years ago. Would love a pipeline to that kind of talent.

yea i get what youre saying, but with all the talent at db in south florida alone next year there should be no need to go elsewhere. We should put our resources going elsewhere in bringing in a Qb, oline, dline, and a te

I'm a St. John Bosco Alum (Go Braves!). So, i still follow the program and catch as many games as i can. I wish Miami would recruit the school at least somewhat. Coach ***** (SJB head coach) has told me that Miami doesn't have much of a presence at the school, especially compared to other National Programs (OSU, Washington, Nebraska, Oregon, Notre Dame, etc).
That being said, Woodbey is a good player, but i think he is vastly overrated. I don't get the hype.
(But, what do i know? I also thought Vaughn Telemaque is the best Prep Safety i've ever seen here in SoCal. lol) ..

FYI - if you want to see some RIDICULOUS speed. Check out St John Bosco's QB, Re-al Mitchell's highlights. I'd offer him as an "Athlete", not as a QB

And I get what you're saying, but there are a few problems with that. First, we've been screwed a time or two by local talent so it's best not to assume we get any of those guys in particular. Second, the staff would do themselves a disservice by not recruiting OOS kids. We need to show love in other places, not just to get kids this year, but to make a name for years to come. In the end, if a kid shows interest we should check him out no matter where he lives. There's no harm in it and he may just be a better prospect than some of the local talent.

Staff won't go outside SoFl for DB's next cycle. We set at safety with current commits Frierson and Jobe (if not a CB). Plus Hall seems very likely for us. Then there is Randy Russell etc.

Fsu offered today, and he might be rethinking his decision a bit. Might be worth a call with Jobe uncertainty.
