Kirby is a DB coach by trade and it's a tough gig. Has been a revolving door as far as DB coaches coming and going

He hasnt yet, officially, but it was reported weeks ago that he may be moving on. No indication anywhere, legitimately, as to why or where.

He was a 'diamond in the rough' sort-of hire last year by smart from W.Va.

Absolutely has been a beast recruiter, which should be a very fine replacement for T-Rob, and as far as coaching, well it doesnt take lot to be better than T-Rob.
