Almost all UC schools, including UCLA, are on the quarter system, not the semester system. That's why the classes that Bolden is taking are still going on.

Not sure of his coursework, but there are a number of different dates in August by which he would finish:

Session A—6 weeks	June 24	August 2
Session A—8 weeks	June 24	August 16
Session A—9 weeks	June 24	August 23
Session A—10 weeks	June 24	August 30
