There is no hold up really, these kids can't start school until after spring so there is no real benefit to having him sign prior to signing day and possibly scare some recruits. Now that signing day is over I expect things to pick up with Hill, Phillips, and the possible OL transfers

He will sign here and probably redshirt to get healthy and have two years left. Unless he’s good now and could play right away. Pretty sure he’d get a waiver.

Regardless, Hill signing is huge. Gives us 7 DE’s. A nice rotation of Hill, Garvin, Patchan, Harvey, and Rousseau.
