Isn't that a loophole for immediate eligibility? If you want to take up a major that your current school does not offer, you can transfer to a school that has that major and play immediately.

Not sure why anyone would the do that then when they want to leave a school

this is amazing, this program was gonna look like escape from Saigon after the Pinstripe Bowl, not only did recruits not to come to UM, a good number of the current players didn't want to be here
