Quiet period is the 16th (Sunday), Dead period starts the 17th (Monday). From what I understand Quiet period is like what you said, only when recruits are on your campus, no off campus recruiting. Dead period is only phone contact with the recruits.

I just stated it’s not a Uga /um battle . If it’s not um I’ll be wrong regardless. If I was blowing smok I wouldn’t be posting stuff sometimes 2-3 days before 247 sites. Everyone is saying he’s all um, and as of last 24 hours it’s not.
