Absolute dawg. Penalties were inopportune but I'm not going to blame him for having a backbone and not getting slapped around.

Ironic how refs never noticed the opposing team doing the absolute most to JG3 but always seemed to notice his retaliation... coincidence? I think not. 🤔

Teams literally pinpointing him to pick with to incite penalties and the officials don't notice it? I'm not buying it. 😒

Anyway, kids all Cane and was an absolute baller. Definitely going to miss him and I feel he will have a **** good NFL career.

Did he have a choice?

Will be curious how he runs. Doubt he’ll get under a 4.5 - probably in the 4.56 range. He’ll also be very light. Real light and not explosive or super productive is a bad combo. I could see him as a possible 5th-6th rounder.

But what he does have going for him will be he has the UM pedigree....and though light..dude is physical an likes to mix i tup blocking more so than the guys who will even come in at 200 pounds. So he may be seen as a guy that can play specials. He returned kickes before. as well.

He was a recruiting win if u look at it. 50+ catches the last 2 years and 16 tds. Think he will be a late draft pick or at worst a priority free agent.

When in camp he'll have a chance to make most rosters because of how he is wired dude just thinks hes the sh*t lol and i scompetitive.

Whats crazy is i could see his stuff playing out like another guy from his neighborhood who i think is a mentor/relative to him Robbie Anderson/Robbie Chosen o whatever he calls himself now.
 
Maybe worth a late round flyer. He’s not strong at the point of the catch. Decent route runner but I don’t think he’s stout enough to play slot or flanker in the league. He is a willing blocker and returned kicks, so maybe he gets on a ST somewhere. I will say he’s legitimately good at YAC, especially in the screen game. Elusive with good short area movement. Maybe a gadget WR5 with ST upside?

Fair, but player blame was normalized here the last 2-3 years, because otherwise the blame would land on the staff.

My comp is a shorter, less productive Rambo. I don't see him lasting in the league, at the pro level you need to either be a freak athlete or an elite route runner, and he is neither.

Jacolby is still a recruiting win though. It's crazy to think that he wouldn't be a take if Cristobal was our coach at the time

I don't think the NFL is too interested in blocking WRs. NFL evaluators will look at several things concerning Jacolby George:

1. He's a complete head case.
2. His production dropped with the best QB in college
3. He's not fast and isn't big.
4. Drops.

If he's taken before the 5th round, I'll be a monkey's uncle.

Not explosive is absolutely crazy
 
JG was a dog and one of my favorite players here the past couple years, despite some of the bonehead penalties, a lot of which I feel were unjustly called. Good luck to him.
