Even if he doesn’t start out making six figures, he’s going to be close to it. And either a car or car allowance, and the benefits of course. A job like this will show future employers that you can sell in a technical environment. Technical medical sales for someone with a couple or so years of experience or more, you can easily go into the 150s, with tons of perks. But you have to work hard and be effective.

So right after school, a job close to six figures, with a potential in a few years to be making close to 200 K, that degree and football player on the resume really helps. In business anyway.

If he can stick it out and meet the right people he’ll find his way. Arthrex’s business model doesn’t allow for anyone outside of the big 3-5 people make more than 100k. Turnover is very high with them.

It will be a small area maybe 1 or 2 counties. Hes on a team so he’ll definitely be successful with the role.
