2025 J’Vari "Jrock" Flowers 4* CB from Northwestern

iv ealready seen his pop mention it...yea early pt is importnat to them and they Know we brought in a ton of portal dbs. The one play we do have is definate special teams work...i would ell hi on being the next Devin Hester none of the other schools have that.
I think he would actually have a path to get on the filed early at Nickel. As of now it looks like there are only 2 Nickels on the roster with Charles Brantley and Ryan Mack. Mack is currently injured and Brantley has never finished a full college season without being injured. Flowers will be in the two deep at Nickel and starting returner the day he steps on campus.

The way many defense are using Big Nickles (3rd safety or rover) as much as or more than traditional smaller nickle backs, I think we have a lot of guys who are going to get a look at the position

I know this thread is about Flowers but I couldn’t find a thread on James Johnson the DT from Northwestern. Anyone know if he’s a priority for us? If so, what are our chances?

I respect belichick as one of the greatest coaches but i agree with him at unc having a high potential of being a disaster

Now besides that, we’re talking about someone who probably has the greatest history of getting the most out of dbs, so i can for sure understand a kid and his family choosing to him. My hope is they realize he probably won’t be there for long, as soon as a nfl team calls he is gone

Where do the Tigers now sit ahead of his decision at the end of the month?

"Auburn definitely shot to the top. They're one of the top schools for me," Flowers said. "It's just everything from being here. The environment, the people, the coaches, the players, everything."

Flowers listed North Carolina, Florida, Miami, Syracuse and Notre Dame as his other finalists. Georgia had previously been in the mix, but was not mentioned by Flowers.

A few factors will be key when it comes decision time.

"I'm looking to play early," Flowers said. "I want to come put the work in, stay humble, work hard and do my job. Getting developed by the best coaches that I feel I can play for."

Could be something significant as UGA being out, could be a mistake on the editors behalf. I guess we will see soon if he makes his OV to Athens. I don’t like the fact that he has always stressed how important early PT is. Even at Nickel, I don’t see it for 2025.
Kid will be Starter returning Punts & kicks so playing time is there & compete at the Db position . Special Teams Count
As Playing Time .There once a guy Named Devin Hester that seemed like always return punts or Kicks off for TDs.
It’s not hard Sell .
