JJ didn’t come because of $, there were other obstacles. Money isn’t the issue, doesn’t mean we will pay certain players are asking price.

He messed up the order of things by reclassifying. I want him (no diddy) but we got all young studs in portal so im not stressing. Let him get a big bag somewhere else for 1st year. Circle back in portal. Big money needs to go to 2026 class

You’ve got time to find more donors/money for 26 - if he’s a legit threat day 1 returning the ball, make it happen.
If he’s not a lock for top returner and he’s not cracking 2 deep on defense, then focus on 26, but man, no excuses for not bringing in a top 3 class.

How much do you feel we should pay for a kid who won't see the field as anything but a return man for more than likely two years? Before you respond I'll simply say the juice isn't really worth that kind of squeeze. If we didn't just completely flip the db room then yes. Snatch him up. But we did. So that's that.
