Ivins Update (Dare I Ask?)

I'm not reading through all this. Did we lose LT? Why does everyone hate Ivins?

Something else that I think needs to be considered real quickly is not the crystal balls themselves, but the confidence score for them.

No way the 247 boys are all putting confidence scores of 8 if they were speculating from Manny’s tweet and CIS posts.

They clearly felt they got very solid information from someone very involved in the decision, which leads to more speculation that it was either Bama, UF, or HS Coach.

Which one is a whole ‘nother topic that I’m sure those people on here in the know are keeping quiet and for good reason.

I mostly read here. Dont have time to argue everything like a child. You see I disagree & look how offended so many got from a differing opinion. But I'm here almost every day at some point & I listen to the pods from D$. I like both sites, idk why people act like this is a gang or something lol but ok

Exactly. This and the fact that Ivins and Wiltfong were simultaneous.

Whole thing was a coordinated effort based on info provided by Palmetto coach (to Ivins) and Alabama coaches (to Wiltfong). That info gave them the intel to flip AND go to a confidence level of 8.

No way in **** do two separate writers in two separate states do a confident simultaneous flip within an hour of the announcement on the basis of vague CIS posts that had been circulating for a week.

That's just a myth spun by guys defending 247.

I'm legit trying to understand the situation. That's why I'm asking u questions. Would love to make my own decision if I knew both sides. I know 247 side. So I'm asking you. You have a loyal following ready to lay down their lives bro lol. Pretty cool.

its obvious the coach (HS) or bama told 247. thats the business of recruiting. if youre going to tell bama no, then you better deal w the leaks. either way, if he committed he hasnt announced it based either on finding another moment or having second thoughts. i dont blame him if hes still considering Bama and if thats the case, its better to avoid a potential december flip. rather have him 100 percent sure that he wants to be here
