Ivins released an "update" today about Bama and Miami speaking with him Saturday. No mention from Bama mods about this and no chatter on their board.

If a 17 year old kid gets his moment destroyed last second , then gets a call from Saban , asked to not commit yet then his hs coach agrees and says to wait a few days what would you expect? my point ws some people were saying his parents were involved. I was told his coach just told him to hold off and not do it saturday. no real reason why on saturday so i didnt go crazy with a story that didnt exsist

But yea bama doesn't really care he's just a number to them, but in South Florida he can be a legend and a hometown hero with his boys while playing in a good scheme. Hopefully he doesn't let saben change his decision

I can imagine the work that went in. That Florida poster who posted on the Gaytors 247 said it was some big video that went as far back as him being in Gainesville recording some of it. Can’t imagine it’s the same video but that sounds like it would’ve been soul crushing for UF fans.

I dont doubt for a second wildong and ivins pulled some shady stuff. But I also highly doubt Manny gave a crap or even knew about their crystal ballsacs either when he made his tweet of the explosion. And if I'm his coach and the kid was upset and confused, I would have told him to hold off for a couple days too. It's early August. We have 2 Palmetto kids committed and hopefully 2 more on the way. I dont think that coach is trashing us as much as you guys think.

Somebody mentioned earlier......sounds like the Smith situation. Ivins ruined that so the kid waited a little bit. Hoping for the same situation here.

This isn’t about me , I’m not an insider. I have any title here, I don’t have social media of any kind. I just post occasional info. I make nothing off this financially, so there’s no agenda. I do know more about this than most and it ****ed me off. That’s the point of all this.

I’m just a cane fan, that’s it.

Nobody knew ****, he literally said the day before he was about to put a cb in for bama. Witfong said the week before “he couldn’t get a feel”. Then suddenly “ BAM” a cb in the eleventh hour. After a lot of time and work went into this moment by the staff, the kid , his family etc.

Where did he get the info from? Bama, Miami or Marshall

If a recruit is ready to commit and his parents and family are on board then IMO the coach should not get involved.

In no way am i accusing anyone of taking $$$ but im sure in the past coaches have received a "bonus" if their kid commits to a certain school
