Ivins latest recruiting article link.

The worst part of it is, it doesn't even feel like Richt and co tried to stop the bleeding. They just sat there, rocking back and forth, mumbling "execute" as the season and recruiting class bled out in their lap. This is so so so bad.

Starting a movement for all of us to go to grad school somewhere that cares about its football program. I can’t keep torturing myself watching this abomination. Literally feel like I’ve been kicked in the nuts 50x. So sick to my stomach.

Every **** year man. **** never changes.

Think about this, had recruiting and the state of the program ever get to this point, even under Al Golden? It's become so toxic as of late.

-Hartley is looking for special teamers ready to start right away (really? ndr)

If Hartley is still coaching special teams next year, they should just shut the whole program down. There is absolutely no reason for him to have any special team duties next year. This same sentiment actually goes for every single offensive staff member besides maybe Dugans.

2 stars coming to the 40 million dollar ipf.
Will we be able to finish the rest?

Wow we truly ****ed this class up

Literally have never seen anything like this. I mean, we go from pursuing 4.8 40 safeties under Golden to literally having no back up plans and a class literally falling apart. Pretty soon we’re going to be no different than Miami of Ohio! FML

And they'll remain that way. They will have to admit they screwed up long before Richt does.

Gentlemen, there is LOTS to complain about, but we have no idea what is going on behind the scenes, plus legally they have to be very careful what they say publicly. I am not defending anyone, just being realistic.

This **** is killing my swag! Wake up ****ed every morning. Come to this board for good news and there doesn’t seem like any is on the way! Love my Canes, but something gotta shake!

I’ll come back after December. Can’t let this mess up my Turkey Season. Smh!

Per Ivins:
-Crowley could flip to OSU by the end of his OV (today), though he didn't communicate anything to UM yet
-Tarquin was in Gainesville on unofficial, he told to UM that he was going
-Zipperer didn't make to Hard Rock yesterday
-Summerall was there and he has been spotted having a long conversation with Patke. He plans to come back in December for an OV with parents
-Wydermeyer was hosted by Jordan and Irvin Jr, the visit went well
-Neal to Bama seems a done deal right now (you don't say ndr) , Darius Washington is the fallback plan but, guess what, he's still committed to Miss State.
-Neal gone, Tarquin looking around, Eguakun wavering (might flip to Auburn sooner than later): looking for some JUCOs at OL (great)
-It's still unclear what Miami will do with QB this cycle (you don't say 2 ndr). from the evaluations of the staff no name has emerged. Might go graduate transfer route
-Hartley is looking for special teamers ready to start right away (really? ndr)

Final ndr: tell me again that losses don't affect recruiting.
This is a terrible summary

We are going to get a class of 20 fillers and Richt is going to say in the press conference "we are excited with the guys we got". **** is going to be so maddening

I think we can find good player who arent necessarily stars that will come to the U just because its the U we just arent looking hard enough. There are 372 5 and 4 star prospects in the country. To put that in perspective, if all top 10 recruiting schools took 20 of them there would still be 172 blue ships left. If you look hard enough you can find talent in this era. Just gotta expand and be willing to get out of just Florida for this cycle.

What a disaster

Thats true. Hopefully it happens

Btw recruiting isnt as linear as yall think it is when it comes to its relationship with wins. Texas AnM has the number 2 class in the country.... they are 5-4
