I think Lashlee's unwillingness to throw the ball in obvious running situations hurt them as well. I don't care who you are. When the D knows you're running the ball, it's going to be hard to pick up a yard or two. You have to keep them honest when you have a QB that can do what TVD does.He did a lot considering the O-Line he had. TVD's release, pocket presence and decisiveness (not "run first") helped with protection. But the inability to run block prevented the playbook being used to its full potential.
