Stop. He doesn’t receive hate. People hate the poRsters calling for him to start over Cam and any other QB in the country. All while hyping him to a level he will never live up to.

Emory Da Gawwwwww exists because there is not a small number of people that believe unironically he is the absolute best option for the Canes to win.

This is no shade to him but there is no evidence or data to support that claim. And please do not point to Clemson and FSU last year. He did not win those games. He simply handed the ball off well and did not turn it over.

The Miami team that plays in the bowl game vs the Miami team that takes the field vs Notre Dame next year may well not even have the same name, mascot, or logo due to the vast differences between the two.

I'll never understand it. I'm not saying he's the second coming of Ken Dorsey, but he isn't some scrub either. He should be given a shot to compete against the QB that is landed in the portal. If he's the guy I think he is, he will welcome a chance to EARN the job. He's a quality young man and I hope he finds success.

Look I mean I’m not going to complain if we get to see Cam play one more game in a Canes uniform but is he really going to put that much new on tape in a bowl game to significantly improve his draft potential? Call me skeptical.

He’s been on a mission to prove people wrong all season. He ain’t just putting the tape out there but a mindset as well.

Good! I think we’re in a tricky spot though! Even if that happens, we’d still only have Judd and Luke as the backups. Hard to imagine either will be ready. I think they need to bring in a portal qb even if Emory is the starting QB.
