Isaiah Wong vs Sheldon McClellan

Who is going to pick up the 16ppg when he leaves next year? He was averaging 7ppg and 20 mins a game his freshman year and then stepped it up a majorly sophomore season. Im not seeing any of our freshmen currently in that role.
That’s Woogas spot. He will be fine in that role next year

Still one of the best step backs I’ve ever seen. Def was ahead of his time. Just lacked handle a bit.
Bro when I was at UM I worked in the BUC in operations. I would help lay down and pick up the basketball floor amongst other things. We constantly had to chase Jack out of the arena. The floor takes a few hours to pull up, it basically comes up in rows, each piece is prob 4x8 and you have one guy pulling the pins out of the floor and four guys lifting and staking row after row if that makes sense then you wheel them all to the back.

No joke one time Jack was there and we were pulling up the floor and we picked up everything around him until there was only one strip left and he was practicing his stepback on that one strip of floor that was still down. Dude was dedicated.

Jack was doing some Larry Bird work. Jack used to shoot at the Wellness Center, back when they had that 1st floor court. I remember going into the Wellness, saying hi to Jack when I went to lift, lifting for an hour, going upstairs to play 4-5 pickup games and coming back down and Jack still being there shooting.

if we go on a run this year Isaiah goes down as the best basketball player in miami history…. And before the jokers come at me with “RICK BARRY BRO!”…. I understand Rick Barry had the best career of any cane both in college and professionally.

But I’m talking overall worth on a team. Isaiah has been the best or one of the best players on the team on 1 very bad team and now 2 very good teams. One could say he’s the primary reason why we got out of the gutter. Obviously guys like Charlie and Kam were tremendous but Isaiah has been the one constant this program has had for 3 years through the highs and lows.

Isaiah Wong for me. But Sheldon was a **** of a player here and was better than Isaiah in many aspects of the game. Just can’t deny Isaiah’s consistency for 3 years now.

This is his 4th year

Wooga will take a big step forward; I see 12+ ppg in his futute. Joseph is trending in the right direction. You'll see jumps from the freshmen, the way we saw jumps from Wooga and Joseph this year. Hopefully a fully-healthy Bev improves too. I think Pack will get back to his KSU numbers once he's the go-to guy.

And of course, the transfer portal. It's always premature to get concerned about next year this early in the season due to the portal.

I think that's the only way, Miller will also be gone. Wooga maybe steps up and Pack still has another 400k coming to him if he stays next year which he should since they want him at Point in the NBA.
Looking for Watson to have a break out season too.

Unlike our football coaches you can actually count on L developing players in this program. We've seen guys take big jumps time and time again under his tutelage.
