Isaiah Horton is not hurt

Tell Jalen Waddle that, he was a #3 at Bama, better yet ask Jalen McMillan how life is treating him after being drafted as #3 for Washington during Deboers final season.
Who was the last #1 that we had who made this life changing money you speak of???
Y’all just be hating and talking out your back side instead of keeping it real.
Couple of examples of a WR3 in the last 20 years doesn't exactly make your point but I will concede about the past 15 years of Miami WR1s not being very good.

What lottery ticket? His draft stock isn’t changing either way, rambo broke records here and went undrafted.

So if your draft stock isn’t changing much then yea u should get the most money u can get now
I didn't say WINNING lottery ticket.

I said lottery ticket meaning you have a chance. He's getting 100-200k extra being at Bama as WR3.

I absolutely believe you have a much better chance of making a career in the NFL getting WR1 targets.

Getting WR3 targets puts you in a position to be out of the league in short order.

Your analogy are WRs that played with fantastic college QBs and first round draft picks and a pass heavy offense.

Bama has…checks notes…Ty Simpson.

Is he bama’s answer for this year? We’ll see but it’s a big gamble by Horton who was going to be - at best - bama’s WR2.

I think they are expecting him to be their #2.

Jaylen Waddle is not even a good example. Yes he was WR3 as a true freshman and as a sophomore behind NFL receivers such as Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs, and DeVonta Smith.

Jeudy and Ruggs were gone after the 2019 season and Waddle was Bama’s #1 receiver going into 2020 for his junior season. He was better than Smith. Waddle got injured in the 5th game and was finished for the season. Smith obviously ended up having just a ridiculous season, but Waddle was their best receiver pre-injury.

Your statement is still not true based off of the Facts I presented to you. Explain Jalen Waddle sir?
He was a 3rd 4th string wr a Bama his whole career sirr.
Again who was the last wr1 that cashed in, first round, anything of substance sir?

Those couple that I named were relevant to Isaiah Horton sir.
That’s really my point it’s been awhile here since we’ve produced a top half of the draft wr. So when theses young men decide to take their talents to places they perceive will help their draft stock, we have to pump our brakes on hating on them, especially with this young man.
Just last spring we told him he wasn’t good enough to be the 3, we went to the portal and brought in Brown.
Now we are upset that he out performed your portal asked for more money?

Really? I read Greg McElroy talking about Ty Simpson and all he mentioned was Ryan Williams and Germie Bernard
Yea Germie Bernard probably their #2, they also have Jalen Hale who is a Junior coming back who was out all season last year and showed flashes his freshman year

🤣🤣🤣 Alabama has studs waiting in line at Qb with as many questions that Beck has about him. DeBoer over Mario every day of the week.
Tighten Up Grover don’t be a hater, it is what it is we truly have an exciting next man up situation.

I'm not sure what you mean? Who is the "we"? Because if it's Miami, there is no next man up. It's Beck and then pray Nickel can be the next guy. Or maybe we convert Baby Jesus to QB. If "we" means you're a Bama fan (from the way you talk about DeBoer, maybe you are I don't know), then I discount your fanaticism since they had a RB at QB last season despite having one of the most dynamic receivers in the country.

My “we” was in reference to our young studs in the wr room waiting to seize the opportunity the opportunity that Horton left behind, “Next Man Up”. I’m excited to see the development this season of our guys, we don’t need another wr imo from the portal.
As for my fanaticism, I must admit I do watch other teams on Saturday, even on Thursday and Friday. I can objectively look at other teams and appreciate talent and good coaching. I played the game and I respect the game.
Now imo to judge DeBoer in his first season coming off a national title run as a coach, to a program that also was coming off a playoff run with the same athlete playing qb is kinda crazy to me. Dude is a Good offensive coach, I think moving forward the offense will look more like the offense in Washington. He inherited Milroe, he had to go with Milroe. Milroe had a bad year, a bad combine and NFL teams are still have him as a top 10 qb prospect.

I think Austin Mack will be their guy Deboer has raised him, talented kid, this is his third season in the offense.
Either way they have just as many questions at qb was my point. We have an injured kid that we gambled on also. We’ll see!
Go Canes!!

I don't have to pump the breaks on hating anyone.

I think he's a ******* moron for leaving the opportunity to be WR1 to be WR3 for a 25% one year salary increase.

On top of that as a Miami fan, we developed him for three years (and paid him NIL), so he can **** all the way off.
