Not defending either....both suck at recruiting. THe problem with the CB room only having 4 is mainly cause of idiots making bad decisions. So if we are using excuses then take that into account. The LB room has been average the last few years. Hopefully the new LBs run faster than a 5.0 and arent constantly missing tackles

When evaluating a CB the 3 main things your looking at are quick feet, ability to transition with hips and mirror skills. He is well above average in all 3 areas and couple that with his length you are looking at a terrific pull no matter when. But that's football CB evaluation 101.

How is it that 2 & 3 star rated CBs from S.Fla spurn MIA every single yr, but as a program we're still able to go out of state and land one of the best CBs in the country in Dunson? Anyone saying that MIA shouldn't recruit out of state needs to eat a bag of dycks and kill himself. We may be an underachieving dumpster fire, but we're still one of the most recognizable brands in the entire sport.

Because south Florida is shady. Also its easier to sell kids on Miami from an out of state standpoint instead of kids who have been in Miami all their life and want to experience something different

and they go straight to the striker room because most have been bad evaluations.

Dean Sucked. Delaney Sucked. Frierson is a LB, Blades and Ivey are mediocre slow CB thus far.

The evaluations have been terrible. Dude gets these late grabs from guys who were processed out of other classes then we wonder why our CB room is slow.

The notion is why ppl say it. If you look around SFLA, the area is flooded with DBs, we should be able to get top players from there.. so it shouldn’t be a need to leave the state for that.

I think the attitude towards rumph is over blown because we struck out on the heritage duo..so for ppl here they’ll always hold that against him..all I’d like to see from Rumph/Diaz his them tru to recruit pure man 2 man cover prototypes more. Imo guys like couch/Clarke have that skill set u look for
