You have to look at the NCAA investigation and the Committee on Infractions ruling as two separate entities.
The NCAA's investigation was outrageous, from the claims all the way through the length of time it took to render charges.
However the COI is pretty much working at a standard pace compared to other rulings in the past, 4 months is the norm these days. I believe the ruling will likely come the off week before UNC. I don't believe we are going to see anything more than minimal scholarship loss at most.
BS! Miami has more than penalized themselves for minor violations that occur on every campus. The NCAA completely focked the entire investigation up to the tune of having to fire their people for violating real laws that actually mean something in the real world all over the word of a convicted con-man. Anything other than time served and Miami should sue the fock out of these clowns. Meanwhile during this investigation how many programs have been caught with even worse violations ans nothing has even come of it if it was even investigated at all? You think Miami won't mention that in a lawsuit?
Anybody still worried about the NCAA is worrying about nothing. The whole Nevin Shytstain debacle is done.
