Is the NCAA intentionally delaying Hurricanes’ ruling?

The NCAA is waiting till the season opener to let UM off extremely light most likely with Time served. This way the story will fade quickly, otherwise UM will haul them to court and it will be the end of NCAA an they know it. They will play up the fact we not only took a bow ban, but also skipped The ACC ship game which equates to 3 bans. Remember the deal the NCAA struct with PSU where got to choose between the lessor of a few options but had to keep quiet about until the NCAA announced, otherwise it would automaticly revert to the maximum penalty. I think a similar deal may have been struck with UM and both parties have agreed to wait for the ideal moment to annouce.

Then the NCAA will fade off into the background and hope to stay intact, they do not want any part of the pressure Donna can bring to bare on them from both Washington and the legal system.

They know we are going to beat the scales off the swamp scum and will time it to try to distract us for that game and save the SEC.
