Is that (93.45%) an On3 percentage? Looks kinda odd!I'd rather drag my nuts through broken glass than read our fanbases offseason commentary 93.45% of the time.
Just kill me.

Me thinks he was kidding!Wrong.
While I believe it's beneficial to be aspirational like Pablo Escobar, sometimes one has to learn to lay low like Whitey Bulger.I called him the "John Gotti" of Boosters over a month ago, when he should've been more like Carlo Gambino from jumpstreet.
Looks like I struck a nerve. Carry onI been posting here for years and u man dont know me. Go get some pum pum now. Yall too serious on here
This is itLower profile, bigger group of folks contributing to a bigger budget.
Sarcasm man, yall all touchy on here.Looks like I struck a nerve. Carry on
I understand what people are saying, but please raise your hand if you have spent over $10M to make Miami's NIL relevant.
I've been consistent all along. Two years ago, I was speaking up for "move in silence" when many posters wanted to freaking dance on the roofs of cars to publicize and celebrate that Miami was riiiiiiich. Don't make me pull receipts....
Mr. Ruiz has done wonderful things for UM, and I'm glad that he can continue to do so in a lower-profile manner.
He's definitely done a 180 but there's also nothing to brag about now, let's see if it remains like this after we reel a couple big fish.Ruiz deserves nothing but credit for all he's done for the program. We may have struggled in football despite his largess. But no one can ever take away his contribution to an Elite 8 for Women's BB, a Final Four for Men's BB.
That said, I am ecstatic to read the above that we're no longer dependent on one or two mega NIL investors, and the budget managed to increase even as Ruiz has to pull back due to the Life Wallet issues. And the less social media the better, IMHO.
The saddest part was the cavinder deal was a nothing burger almost everywhere else. They were so **** bent on finding SOMETHING that when they finally did they did their best to push it down usMaybe lesson learned after the Cavinder incident.
I've tried to tell these dudes numerous times. If not for carrol NONE of this is goin on. That sure the **** ain't just from a recruiting perspective. People would still be hiding in the shadows if it wasn't for carrol and oil money.Ruiz don't run no show....The Soffers are far more influential in both funds, and their Love of Mario.
Yeah and quite a few more she brought along. She's the one common thread with all of this.Mas brothers.

I'm here to party Xavier.Telling stories again, Lawrence?
It was obvious she was going to step in the moment her name went on the practice facility.I've tried to tell these dudes numerous times. If not for carrol NONE of this is goin on. This is what I call a reasonable and sensible postRuiz is just more quiet now, since the NCAA came snooping around and ****ed him off regarding the Cavinders recruitment. He's also going after the NCAA in court so he's avoid any additional conflict and being a snake in the grass there. Money is there. Mas, Soffer, Ruiz, Lambert, etc. Definitely over $10M total NIL in football.
I think what you're seeing is more to do with this staff taking it more slow in regards to wanting to see what these kids are doing in their senior year. A lot of our takes are guys that took a jump from junior year to what they showed in spring practice.
Miami has been burned taking young guys that don't finish developing and were highly touted juniors only to plateau and not be that good as a senior and into college. They're definitely not committing NIL resources until they're sure about what they're going to get. The 3 stars committing are a base to the class and solid players that don't demand a lot in NIL. Once teams start getting commitments and NIL starts to dry up, the rest falls into place. Teams like Tennessee, Auburn, South Carolina, etc. and their NIL entities are taking the opposite approach... get in the big guys we can now and then find fillers with whatever is left. We'll see which strategy wins out.
We should pull a **** of a class because we're one of the few high profile recruiting/NIL teams that aren't pulling a big name QB (that I know of) where a lot of NIL commitment ends up. More to allocate elsewhere.
